We’re looking for new Team Members who thrive in a high-paced atmosphere and are dedicated to outstanding patient care and helping us foster a great Team environment.

Second, here’s the scoop on each position:

Position: Patient Coordinator

• Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including insurance benefits, billing and payments.

• Manage patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner.

• Screen incoming calls to provide the proper routing to other departments when necessary.

• Register, schedule and re-schedule patients for appointments and follow-ups.

• Verify patient insurance information and communicate with patients about their benefits.

• Collect patient payments.

Position: Optometric Technician

• Prepare and assist Optometrists in facilitating patient care.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, concerns, and medical history.

• Organize, clean, and maintain exam rooms and equipment.

• Perform preliminary testing including visual acuity, depth perception, pressure and pupil reflexes.

• Provide patient education.

• Instruct patients on contact lens insertion, removal, and care.

Position: Optical Stylist and Optical Lab Technician

• Advise customers on frame styles, colors and proper fit.

• Frame repair and adjustments.

• Recommend lenses, coatings and frames to suit customers’ needs.

• Prepare orders for glasses.

• Edge lenses and assemble eyewear to meet customers’ prescriptions and needs.

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure each pair of glasses meets our standards and specifications.
